I like colors in food a lot. Colors also represent different nutrients which benefit different organs. Based on Chinese medicines,
Black food is good for your kidneys
White food is good for your lungs
Red food is good for your heart
Green food is good for liver
Yellow food is good for your spleen/stomach
However, if you have severe diseases of a particular organ, you need to avoid that color of food instead. Different tastes of food also are good for certain organs. I'll talk about that later.
Here I made 4 colored fried rice.
Black: with seaweed
Green: with spinach
Yellow: with curry powder
Red: with tomato sauce
Plating for big one and small ones. ;-)
