Colorful mini sandwiches with suprises inside!!

They are snacks for my elder son's 8-year-old birthday party at school. I handmade all the toasts to make them colorful with carrot, spinach, chocolate and blueberries. 200 of them have been created but pictures of mini sandwich armies was lost along with my cellphone in Austria.  I guess I won't do it again. Too much work!

I used at least 10 different fillings, such as butter, cheese, cream cheese, chocolate beans, gummy bears, and different kinds of jams. So every bite is a surprise!
