Taiwanese hamburger: Vegetarian and Allergen-free with gluten

It's called "Gua-bao" in Taiwanese. It also has a very cute name called "Tigers eat pigs" because it traditionally wraps a slice of fatty pork inside. Of course I made the vegetarian version instead. I'm surprised that I can actually find the buns here.
