Vegetarian with basil pesto sauce: I know how to made the sauce myself. Since my husband bought the ready ones from stores, I just add some pine seeds and vegetarian hams.

Vegetarian/Allergen-free Pasta/Spaghetti
Because of my son's multiple food allergies, we seldom eat out. We did eat out more when we traveled to Italy as he could always have spaghetti with tomato sauce. ;-)
