Allergen-free protein source: Monkey-head mushrooms
Monkey head mushroom is one of the most precious food from mountains in China. It contains very high protein and nutrients.
I made it as a meat-replacement for my younger son. It tastes wonderful. The texture is very close to chicken, I guess.
