Assorted Taiwanese Sweet Breads

I do not know if there is a Taiwanese bakery here so I made my owns.




I made four different variations: Coconut, almond butter, shell-shaped with chocolate filling, and green onions.

Again, I do not have time to make everything by myself these days. Here is a semi-homemade very simple versions of coconut and green onion breads. Of course they do not taste as good as the soft Taiwanese sweet breads, but they are good enough.

I spread some cheese on one of green onion bread to make it richer.


Another way with purchased buns. Need to get creative to save some time but still enjoy the taste!
