It took me less than 10 minutes to get this done.
Other than the rice sticks, I used the leftover from last night's dishes. Do not laugh at me. Don't you know that's how the famous Chinese dish, Mu Shu Pork, was invented in the first place?
I believe that knowing how to reduce, reuse, recycle ingredients is a very important skill of a cook. It's environmental, isn't it?!
